KENDAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Tim Jepson The Acting Justices Clerk for Cumbria had arranged for me to visit here for the morning. I received a warm welcome from The Bench Chairman for South Lakeland District, Ruth Otway and other magistrates and officials at the Court.

I am of course only allowed to observe, but found the proceedings most interesting and am full of admiration to those people who give their time to the Magistracy.

I am due to visit Workington Magistrates Court in November.
